SIMTRAIN™ provides a clear, colourless solution in a 1ml glass ampoule designed to replicate TXA. Our simulation tool uses a liquid to mimic the appearance and handling of TXA, offering a realistic training experience without containing the active drug.

Description
TXA is used for the prevention and treatment of haemorrhages resulting from general or local fibrinolysis in both adults and children aged one year and older. It is specifically indicated for:
- Menorrhagia and metrorrhagia
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Haemorrhagic urinary disorders, including those following prostate surgery or other procedures affecting the urinary tract
- Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeries (such as adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, dental extractions)
- Gynaecological surgery or disorders of obstetric origin
- Thoracic and abdominal surgery, as well as other major surgical interventions, including cardiovascular surgery
- Management of bleeding caused by the administration of fibrinolytic agents
