Description
The Burnshield Digit Burn Dressing is a medical-grade, sterile foam strip (2.5 cm wide × 50 cm long) pre-soaked in Burnshield’s proprietary hydrogel, infused with tea‑tree oil. Individually sealed in a foil pouch, it’s ready for immediate emergency use.
Engineered for precision, the narrow, flexible foam strip can be wrapped gently around individual fingers or toes, helping to prevent skin adhesion and minimise tissue damage. The hydrogel rapidly absorbs and dissipates heat to cool the burn site, while transforming from white to clear to allow easy monitoring of the wound without disturbance.
